However, if the product is faulty or significantly different to that described or if you simply change your mind, we are happy to provide you with a refund.
Fossil do not currently offer exchanges on purchases from our online store.
Fossil do not cover the cost of returning items due to change of mind.
If your item received is faulty or damaged, please contact our Customer Care Team for assistance.
However we will be happy to provide you with a refund within 30 days of purchase.
Please note we will refund you, provided that:
- The product is unused and in its original packaging
- The product hasn't been personalised
- You return the product to us within 30 days of receipt
- You've completed the Refund Request Form above
Upon receipt of the product we will assess if the product is in its original and unused condition. If the returned product is not in its original and unused condition, we will contact you accordingly.
If you do not respond within 14 days, we will send the product back to you.
If the product is in its original and unused condition, we will refund the original purchase price of the returned item within 5 to 10 business days from the date on which the product is received. Refunds will be credited to the card used to make the original payment.
This policy is provided in addition to, and does not alter any of your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)).
