If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, we will accept returns of unworn merchandise for up to 90 days from purchase for a full refund. Proof of purchase or packing slip invoice is required. To return your order, follow the steps below.
- Enter in your order information to track your order here. Use the 9 digit order number and the last name and email address on the order.
- In the Order Status window click on, "Return a product in this order".
- In the next window select which items you will be returning and the reason for return.
Once submitted you will receive an email from FedEx with your return label. It may take up to a few hours to receive this label. Ship out your return package using this label and record the tracking number for your return package. When it has been delivered, you will receive an email and your refund will process within 3-5 business days.
