Please check the following details if a promo code won't apply during checkout:
- Is the item eligible for the promo? Many promos are not applicable to sale items or select smartwatches, and in some cases there are other exclusions as well. To find information on the promo you're redeeming, you can visit our promos page for more details or read the exclusions at the bottom of the promo email.
- Is the shipping destination eligible for the promo? Visit the promos page to confirm.
- Is it a one-time use promo? Some promo codes, such as the one you receive for signing up for our newsletter, are one-time use only. It may not work if you've already added the promo to an order at some point in the past.
- Have you already applied a different promo code? Only one promo code can be applied to an order at a time. We recommend using the one that gives you the highest discount.
- Is the promo code still valid? You will need to use your promo code before the expiration date in order for it to apply to your cart. Expired codes will not be honored.
