In-Store Pickup is a new way to order items on Fossil.com and pickup your order at a local full price Fossil store. This is currently available for U.S. orders only.
How do I place an In-Store Pickup order?
Just choose "Pickup in Store" at checkout! From there, pick the store, tell us who will be picking it up, and wait for a notice that your items are ready for pickup (this is a separate email that will come after your order confirmation). Make sure to bring a photo ID and your order confirmation with you to the store!
How do I pick up my order?
Just bring a photo ID and your order confirmation email with you to the store once your order is ready!
How long will you hold my order?
You will have seven days to pick up your order. If you are not able to pick up within that timeframe, we will cancel the order and refund the card used at the time of purchase.
When will I be charged?
You will be charged once the store confirms your order for pickup.
Can someone else pick up my order for me?
Yes! During online checkout, you'll have the option to designate another pickup person. This person will also need to provide a valid form of ID and the order confirmation email to pick up the order.
Can I return my order if I need to?
Yes! You may return your In-Store Pickup order in the store.
What if I need to engrave or emboss something on my order?
Please verify with the store you're picking up at that engraving and/or embossing is offered, as not all locations offer this service. When picking up your item(s) from the store, a store associate can assist with any engraving or embossing needs. For help contacting a store, visit our store locator.
