If your repair is covered under warranty, there will be no cost to the repairs. You will still be responsible for shipping the watch to our service center. You can review the warranty for traditional watches and smartwatches on our help center. You are required to include a printed copy of your watch purchase receipt in order for the warranty to be honored.
If your repair is not covered under warranty, you will receive an estimate for the cost of the repairs after filling out a repair request. Please note that this is only an estimate; you will receive an actual quote for the repairs only after your watch has been received and inspected by our technicians.
