After you receive an email confirming receipt of your watch at our service center, please allow 3-8 business days for the repair quote to be emailed to you, when applicable. Be sure to check your spam folder in case it gets automatically filtered.
Please note that you will not receive a confirmation of receipt until the product has been logged at our service center in Dallas, TX. We ask that you first ship your product to Brampton so that you do not need to ship across the border; we will forward it along for you! However, this process does require you to wait 2-3 weeks after your package is received at Brampton to receive a confirmation that your product has been logged in Dallas.
