You will be able to check the status of your order by visiting our Order Status page here. If your order has been shipped, you will also see a tracking number. You can use this tracking number via FedEx here.
When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number for your package. If it has been longer than 2 business days (excluding orders with engraving, embossing, or custom timepieces) and you have not received your tracking number via email or through the Order Status page, please contact Customer Care with your order confirmation number.
