If your order doesn't show up in your order history, it may be that you weren't logged in at the time the order was placed. It is possible to check out as a guest and and still enter the email address of your Fossil.com account at checkout. Doing so does not log you in or add your order to your history - only orders placed while logged in are saved to your account.
If you place an order while logged out, you cannot add it to your account's order history later. However, you can still check the status at our Order Status page here.
Orders placed by 3pm CT Mon-Fri ship the same day, excluding holidays; otherwise they will be shipped the next business day. Orders requiring additional review may take 1-2 business days to process before shipping. Allow an additional 1-2 business days processing time for engraving, embossing and custom timepiece orders.
When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number for your package. You can use this tracking number via FedEx here. If it has been longer than 2 business days and you have not received your tracking number, please contact Customer Care with your order confirmation number.
