All promos only apply to select items after exclusions. If the promo code you are using does not apply to your cart, then the item(s) in your cart are not eligible for the discount. For a list of common exclusions, please continue reading.
Please check the following details if you can't get a promo code to apply during checkout:
- Is the item on sale? Many promos are not applicable to sale items and other exclusions may apply.
- Is the item a smartwatch? Many promos are not applicable to smartwatches and other exclusions may apply.
- Is the item eligible for the promo? To find information on the promo you're redeeming today, visit our promos page or read the exclusions from where you received the promo code.
- Have you already applied a different promo code? Only one promo code can be applied to an order at a time. We recommend using the one that gives you the highest discount.
- Is the promo code still valid? You will need to use your promo code before the expiration date. Expired codes will not be honored.
- Is the shipping destination eligible for the promo? Some promos are only valid for certain countries.
- Is it a one-time use promo? Some promo codes can only be used once. It may not apply if you've already used the promo.
