When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number for your package. You can use this tracking number via FedEx here. If you have not received your order yet, please check the tracking number associated with your order to confirm whether or not your package has already been delivered.
If the tracking number shows that your package has been delivered and you have not received it, check with your neighbors or any roommates to see if they may have accepted the package on your behalf. If you reside in an apartment complex, you can also check with your front office or mailing center to see if they are holding a package for you.
If you ordered multiple items, it’s possible that they were shipped separately and you will receive a different tracking number for each package. In this case, one package may arrive before the other.
If you have confirmed the above and still cannot locate all or part of your order, please contact Customer Care with your order confirmation number and the tracking number(s).
