If you are unable to continue or complete your repair request, pay for your quote, or are experiencing issues with the site in general, open a Google Chrome incognito browser window and try accessing the repair site again.
To open an incognito window, open the Google Chrome browser on your laptop or desktop and click on the menu button at the top-right of the browser. Then, select "New incognito window" (as shown below) and navigate to the page you were previously accessing.
