Allow up to 5 business days for your refund to process after your return package is delivered. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment. For example, if a Gift Card was used to place the order, the refund would be issued back to the gift card used on the order. You can see if your package has delivered using the tracking number.
If you used the supplied return label, you will be able to track the package through FedEx. If the return package was handled by USPS, they will deliver the package to FedEx and state that the package has been "Delivered to Agent." Please use the same tracking number through FedEx.
If you do not receive your refund in this time frame, please contact Customer Care with your order number and the return tracking number for your package.
